3. Scope of Services
We offer a range of professional construction services including, but not limited to: stone property restorations, new builds, extensions, general renovations, roofing, joinery, groundworks, and drainage. All work is undertaken in accordance with a written agreement or confirmed quotation.

4. Quotations and Estimates
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. All quotations are based on the information provided at the time. Any changes to the project scope may result in revised costs. Estimates are indicative only and not legally binding until confirmed in writing.

5. Booking and Start Dates
Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of a written quotation and, if required, payment of a deposit. Project start dates may vary due to weather conditions, supply chain delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify clients of any delays or adjustments to the schedule.

6. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required before the commencement of work, with amounts and payment schedules detailed in your quotation. Larger projects may involve staged payments. Final payment is due on completion of the agreed work unless otherwise stated. Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe and adequate access to the site, obtain any necessary permissions or approvals (unless agreed otherwise), inform us of any known hazards, and ensure payments are made in line with agreed terms.

8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancelled before work begins, a cancellation fee may apply. If work has started, clients may be charged for all work completed and for any materials purchased or ordered. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel work if payment terms are not met or if unsafe conditions are identified.

9. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, supplier delays, labour shortages, pandemics, or acts of God. In such cases, we will do our best to minimise disruption and revise the project timeline accordingly.

10. Guarantee and Workmanship
Unless otherwise stated, our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. This does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from third-party interference. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used, where applicable.

11. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held liable for damage not caused by negligence. Clients are advised to secure or remove valuables from work areas. We are not responsible for the discovery of pre-existing issues such as damp, rot, or structural defects uncovered during work.

12. Health and Safety
We adhere to all UK health and safety regulations. Clients and third parties must not interfere with work areas or tools. We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe for our team or your property.

13. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, reports, photographs, and other materials produced by Ryallstone Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not use or reproduce these materials without written consent.

14. Complaints
We aim to provide a professional and high-quality service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us in writing at support@ryallstone.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and resolve them promptly and fairly.

15. Data Protection
We comply with all UK data protection regulations. Any personal information provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website or upon request.

16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
